Dr. Vaskevich received her Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology at Tel Aviv University where she worked under the supervision of Prof. Roy Luria. Her dissertation topic was the relationship between statistical learning and general improvement in perceptual performance. As a postdoctoral fellow in the Sensory-Motor Integration Lab, Anna continues to investigate statistical learning, focusing on identifying its dynamic motor signature in both non-clinical and clinical populations.
Dr. Vaskevich is on her second year as a postdoctoral fellow in the lab. She is interested in developing new models of Statistical Learning and advancing SL for the study of general learning during neurodevelopment. Anna is also building bridges with researchers in Israel and bringing back home our certificate program, which she is translating to Hebrew. She is the mom of two wonderful young infants and spends her time between research and motherhood.
